How to stay clean at home? Tip 1: Have some form of routine structure. What do I mean by this.. know how many meals/snacks you intake per week and plan in advance. Example: I consume 3 main meals per day that means I have 21meals. 7 which are breakfast and that’s always the same for this #eggdict. I will have 7 meals fish based meals. Now that’s 14/21 already. The remaining 7 meals consist of chicken breast (could be a curry, could be a BBQ) /veggie or GF pasta /meat free meal and we will leave some room for fun...maybe even a take away or two WHY NOT 👀. Now I know what my grocery list will consist of it will be easier to stay on point whilst 1. Shopping for ingredients, buying less unnecessary food. 2. Help you stick to the plan you’ve made without excuses. I’ve included some examples here for some INSPO! - 1. Breakfast 2. Fish meal example 1 3. Fish meal example 2 4. Falafel nourish bowl 5. Oven baked corn flake chicken “cheeky” salad. 6. Spicy Tuna Mediterranean Buckwheat pasta 7. Ich hatte da heute noch etwas von gestern nachzuholen. Gestern kam ich auf die glorreiche Idee, nach freeletics mit dem Heimequipment wieder ins Krafttraining einzusteigen. Bis zu dem Moment, wo der Mann dann sagte, dass ich bei einer Sache bleiben solle, fand ich die Idee wunderbar 😅Naja, recht hat er ja. Nach dem heutigen Training gab es dann noch eine kleine Yoga-Strech-Einheit mittels youtubeVideo und jetzt bin ich gerade einfach mal glücklich, ein tolles Training im heimischen Garten bei strahlendem Sonnenschein begleitet von idyllischem Vögelgezwitscher zu haben. Turns out it was problem 22 yesterday, this is problem 21 from round 3 of the winter league. . I actually found this pretty tricky finding the right beta to get to the penultimate hold, as I couldn’t release the toe hook without coming off (barn dooring) until I just cranked hard on my last try. .
