Winter is here 🥶 .
Without a doubt winter is my most hated season of all.
It’s raining, windy and bloody freezing 🥶 and all you want to do is sit in front of the tv with Netflix and warm comfort foods (heavy high carbs and sugar) 🍟🍔
Then yikes summer is here and do not bring that bikini any where near me 🙄
So how do you change your mindset and use this season for motivation instead of self destruction 😝
Let’s use winter to your advantage .. .
Remember winter will determine what condition you'll be in summer !! 🌞
1️⃣ You have 6 months to get working on that dream summer body of yours because quick fixes don't work.
Use this winter to your advantage
2️⃣ When your body is cold, it will naturally start to generate its own heat burning through calories.
In this case cold is your friend, use this to your advantage!
3️⃣ Start to move more so you can get warm and stay warm !
Work that body of yours.
4️⃣ Great time to start working out if you don't like sweat unlike summer where your already hot and sweaty before even starting!
5️⃣ This is a great time to start focusing on your food !
Healing can begin on the inside which will make a massive difference to your mindset and general heath! Warming broths!!! Yes Please 🍜
6️⃣ Start to drink Green tea, it's a natural way to speed up the metabolism as well as warming you up.
So drink up ! .
