My meal plan went for a complete derail this weekend. I’d be lying if I said I completely regret it, because I don’t. However, after seeing my results from my check in with coach, I’m quickly reminded that YOU CAN’T OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET! Very thankful for a coach like @centerstagefitness who doesn’t feel the need to drag me through the mud and beat me down for my imperfections as a HUMAN. He simply reminds me of my goals and what it’s going to take for ME to reach them. I have so many excuses, really good ones at that, as to why I ALLOWED myself fall short and it simply boils down to my LACK OF EFFORT. Tonight I’m setting the tone for my week and I will be prepared 🙌🏻 . . Are you driving the struggle bus lately or too often when it comes to your diet? If so, here are a few tips to keep you on track. ~ ~ ✨set time aside specifically for meal prepping. ✨Utilize a cookie sheet to cut down time. Literally, throw your veggies and protein on the sheet for baking and 💥 you’re done with little clean up. ✨If you’re planning for a night out, eat BEFORE you leave and pack a snack to-go. ✨Ask yourself, will this hurt or help me reach my goal. ✨Stop skipping your meals ✨Don’t allow yourself to be all or nothing. Have a bad meal?
